The numbers are in! Buyers were active, putting in offers that sellers accepted — 115 new pending sales was a jump of 49.4% over last year. A lot of listings - especially those new on the market - were quickly snapped up in August. While not all contracts will eventually close, it is a good indication that homes were competitively priced.
