CITY OF PARKLAND — "Parkland Day 2026 Parade and Celebration" for the city's 63rd birthday is happening Saturday, the 7th of March!

Parkland Day Parade: Stars, Stripes and Sunshine The parade of decorated floats by local businesses and organizations will kick off at 10:00 a.m. from the corner of Pine Island and Nob Hill Rd. It will proceed south to Trails End and then, east to the Pine Trails Park entrance.

CITY OF CORAL SPRINGS — "Blarney Bash" is back 2026! Celebrate Irish culture at the City Hall Lawn (9500 W Sample Rd) on Friday, March 6, 2026, 5:30-9:30 p.m.

There will be kids activities, food trucks, souvenirs at the merchandise tent, music by The Byrne Brothers, Drake Irish Dance, Guinness beer, green beer, and more. Admission is free. DECEMBER 2025 — Median sold price for single-family homes in the City of Parkland dropped below $1 million in December. The number of closings decreased by 12% to 37 while the median price decreased by 16% to $960K, year-over-year. These listings were active on the market a median of 62 days before they went under contract.

DECEMBER 2025 — Eighty (80) single-family homes in Coral Springs were sold in December with a median sold price of $705K. The number of sales and median price increased 21% and 5%, respectively, year-over-year (YoY).

For condo/townhomes in Coral Springs, 34 closings were recorded with a median price of $203K - these values decreased 3% and 17%, respectively, compared to the previous year.

CITY OF PARKLAND — "Parkland Classic Car Show at the Farmers Market" On Sunday, February 15, 2026, the farmers market at the Parkland Equestrian Center (8350 Ranch Road) will feature the "Parkland Classic Car Show" from 9AM-1PM. In addition to the regular vendors, there will be stunning automobiles on display!

NOVEMBER 2025 — Seventy-four (74) single-family homes in Coral Springs were sold with a median sale price of $657,000. The number of closings jumped by 35% while the median price fell by 8% year-over-year (YoY).

The number condo/townhomes sold was 12% lower YoY at 28 closings, while its median price dropped by 23% to $201,000 compared to last year.
