PRICE RANGE Closed sale prices ranged from $650,000 for a waterfront property with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2-car garage, 2,231 sq.ft. living area in the Lakes at Parkland (33067) to $1,850,000 for an estate home with guest house totaling 9 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, 4-car garage, 7,268 sq.ft. living area and pool on over 1 acre in Picone South (33067).
PREVIOUS YEAR The median price and number of sales decreased -7.5% and -12.1%, respectively, compared to the same time last year August 2024 Parkland Home Sales.
PREVIOUS MONTH The median price decreased -8.1% while the number of sales increased 6.3% compared to July 2025 Parkland Home Sales.
MORE STATS showed 30 new pending sales and 35 new listings in August — this is almost a 1:1 ratio which means there was a new listing for every one that went under contract. And with inventory at 3.9 months of supply, it seemed that Parkland was in between a balanced and a seller's market.
The median is the midpoint value where half the homes are in the upper range and the other half are in the lower range.
