DECEMBER 2025 — Eighty (80) single-family homes in Coral Springs were sold in December with a median sold price of $705K. The number of sales and median price increased 21% and 5%, respectively, year-over-year (YoY).
For condo/townhomes in Coral Springs, 34 closings were recorded with a median price of $203K - these values decreased 3% and 17%, respectively, compared to the previous year.

The market for single-family homes in Coral Springs continued its "hot" streak with more sales, higher price, low inventory, and just 29 days median from "active for sale" to "sold."
