DECEMBER 2025 — Median sold price for single-family homes in the City of Parkland dropped below $1 million in December. The number of closings decreased by 12% to 37 while the median price decreased by 16% to $960K, year-over-year. These listings were active on the market a median of 62 days before they went under contract.

OVERVIEW Sales and prices dropped in December 2025 compared to the previous year. However, there were 9 new pendings per 10 new listings so buyers were quick to move (and their offers accepted!); and by the end of the month, inventory was at just 3 months of supply...
