How much did home sellers close at in relation to their asking price? The median sold-to-list price ratio was 98%.

The median sold price for single-family homes in Parkland remained above $1 million although 19% lower than the previous month and 11% lower compared to the previous year. Sellers who closed in March 2026 were quicker to accept offers, shortening the previous days-on-market median by 30 days. There is fewer inventory now compared to last year but the month ended with 4 months' supply which is in between a seller's market and a balanced market...
