YEAR OVER YEAR The median price decreased -6.9% from last year's $1,010,000 while the average decreased -16% from $1,225,745.
PREVIOUS MONTH We saw the median price drop -24.8% in February 2025 compared to the previous month's $1,250,000 Parkland Home Sales January 2025.
MARKET DAYS Half of these homes went under contract in 58 days or less of being listed on the MLS. From their listing date to closing date, the median was 106 days. These timelines were consistent year-over-year.
