FEBRUARY 2026 — Twenty-five (25) single-family homes in the City of Parkland were sold with a median price of $1,350,000 in February 2026, up 44% from last year's median of $940,000.
The median days-on-market was 68 days so, half the homes went under contract within 2 months of their list date. The ratio of final sales price to initial listing price was 96% so Parkland homes were sold very close to asking price.

FEBRUARY 2026 — The number of single-family homes sold in Coral Springs increased 4% year over year (YoY) to 54 with a median sales price $690K. For condo/townhomes, closed sales decreased 4% YoY to 22 with a median sales price of $219K.
