JANUARY 2026 — The median price for single-family homes in the City of Parkland decreased 2% year-over-year (YoY) to $1,225,000 with 19 closed sales. These listings were active on the market a median of 47 days before going under contract.

OVERVIEW There were fewer sales and the median price dropped slightly in January 2026, but offers were accepted faster at a median of 47 days compared to the previous year's 71 days and the previous month's 62 days. Also, the median price for single-family homes in Parkland is, notably, above the $1 million again after it dropped to $960,000 in December 2025. Active inventory remains low in relation to demand at just 3 months of supply by the end of January 2026...
