PARKLAND RESIDENTS EXCLUSIVE — The annual Snowfest is happening Thursday, December 18, 2025, 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Equestrian Center (8350 Ranch Road). Parkland residents can pre-register at the P-REC or online via WebTrac cityofparkland.com/snowfest ↗. There will be snow slides, stilt wakers, arts and crafts, music, food trucks, and snow flurries! Tickets are $20/child at the P-REC; payments via credit/debit card will incur a small fee.

OCTOBER 2025 — The number of sales (35) and median sold price ($1,080,000) for single-family homes in Parkland decreased year-over-year by 24% and 10%, respectively. It took a median of 48 days before offers were accepted; it is likely that these closings went into contract between August and September.

OCTOBER 2025 — Eight-seven (87) single-family homes in Coral Springs were sold during the month which was 12% more than last year, while the median price decreased by 7% to $650,000.

Sales of condo/townhomes was 5% lower at 40 closings, while the median price dropped by 10% to $203,000 compared to last year.

The City of Parkland's annual "Light Up the Park" event is happening December 12, 2025, Friday evening from 5:30PM to 8:30PM at the amphitheater in Pine Trails Park at 10561 Trails End map ↗.

Admission is free! There will be children's activities (bounce houses, slides, etc.), various vendors, food trucks, ugly sweater contest, and stage performances. Be sure to bring chairs and blankets.

The City of Parkland Farmers' Market 2025-2026 Season — The biggest outdoor farmers' market in Broward County is back! This season will run from November 2, 2025 to April 26, 2026.

It is scheduled every 1st and 3rd Sunday (except for April when it's on the 2nd and 4th Sunday), 9AM-1PM at the Parkland Equestrian Center (8350 Ranch Rd).
