CITY OF PARKLAND — The city's summer concert series "Eats'n Beats" is coming back to Pine Trails Park Amphitheatre (10561 Trails End) - and it's gonna be all about the '80s! Enjoy live music outdoors and be sure to bring chairs and blankets. Admission is free! Food trucks will be onsite.

FEBRUARY 2026 — Twenty-five (25) single-family homes in the City of Parkland were sold with a median price of $1,350,000 in February 2026, up 44% from last year's median of $940,000.

The median days-on-market was 68 days so, half the homes went under contract within 2 months of their list date. The ratio of final sales price to initial listing price was 96% so Parkland homes were sold very close to asking price.

FEBRUARY 2026 — The number of single-family homes sold in Coral Springs increased 4% year over year (YoY) to 54 with a median sales price $690K. For condo/townhomes, closed sales decreased 4% YoY to 22 with a median sales price of $219K.

CORAL SPRINGS-PARKLAND FIRE DEPARTMENT — Everyone is invited to the "Water Safety Day 2026" event on Saturday, April 4, 10AM-2PM at the Aquatic Complex (12441 Royal Palm Blvd, Coral Springs). Admission is free.

Presented by the Coral Springs-Parkland Fire Dept., it will be an educational and fun experience where the whole family can learn about water safety... be sure to wear your swimsuits! There will be activities, games, CPR practice, vouchers for future swim lessons, and more.

CITY OF BOCA RATON — The "Boca Street Fest" is back for a second time! Happening Saturday, March 28, 2026, 12Noon to 4PM at Mizner Park (381 Plaza Real, Boca Raton). There will be live performances at the amphitheater, marketplace promenade with various vendors (food, drinks, crafts, clothing, etc.) and biergarten (bring your ID!). Admission is free.

JANUARY 2026 — The number of single-family homes in Coral Springs that were sold during January decreased 45% year-over-year (YoY) to 35, while the median sales price of increased 4% to $710K.

For condo/townhomes in Coral Springs, total sales jumped 30% YoY to 26 closings with a median price of $195K. The median sales price was unchanged compared to the previous year.

CITY OF PARKLAND — "Parkland Day 2026 Parade and Celebration" for the city's 63rd birthday is happening Saturday, the 7th of March!

Parkland Day Parade: Stars, Stripes and Sunshine The parade of decorated floats by local businesses and organizations will kick off at 10:00 a.m. from the corner of Pine Island and Nob Hill Rd. It will proceed south to Trails End and then, east to the Pine Trails Park entrance.
